Why is my HMI turning off, LED power is RED

Every morning ,my HMI is turn off automacally, when i opened the panel,i saw the automation PC3100 LED power was red.

what does it means? please and what i have to check?

There is not the voltage 24 VDC was perfect, The 600 VAC too.

Thank you for you help.

Hi and welcome!

From the Panel PC 3100 documentation, a solid red Power LED just means that the PC is powered off (in Standby mode).

Which operating system is your PC running? My first thought is it sounds like something from software is shutting it down, but that’s not a behavior I’d expect from Automation Runtime.

i used window 10 as onjoined photo.

thank for documentation.

Is it only Windows, or do you have a Hypervisor system (Windows + Automation Runtime)? Do you see it turn off, or do you know of any programs that are running when the shutdown occurs?

I can’t think of anything at the hardware level that would cause the PC to shut down on its own, besides loss of power or someone pressing the “Power” or “Reset” buttons. The fact that it goes into a standby mode rather than powering off makes me think something within Windows is causing it, but it’s hard to say without more information.

Have you checked the logger?

Hello,

Thank you for your attention

I want to know which Logger do you talk about? on the HMI or when window start?

On the HMI , i detected no messages or suspect,

this morning i got it again with more informations.

1-24 VDC ok

2-i press reset button on the side ,be able to restart but the controller never restart that level i have to shutdown the machine.

When starting the disk led was blinking for a long time
