Problem with visualization on C30 with AS6

Hello,

I have a project, which I’ve recently upgraded to AS6. Now I have the problem, that the visu is not responding to any clicks on the touch. Via VNC elements can be “clicked”. It’s not a hardware problem, because with the project transferred with AS4.12, everything is fine. When changing AR to the newest version 6.1.1 there’s no visu displayed at all. But following software comparison it is installed and in use.
Did anybody run into the same problem and are there any suggestions to solve the problem?

We are aware of similar issues with the C30 in AS/AR 6.x, but don’t have a scheduled resolution version/date at this time. Please contact your local B&R support team to report these issues, and you will be notified when a resolution is scheduled to be released.
