Screen problem PPC80

Hello all,

I have a new PPC80 power supply panel with serial number (4PPC80.101G-20B), after unpacking I installed the power supply and first programmed with AS4.12 (runtime P4.93) a problem occurred with the screen (see picture).

I tried changing the runtime but it did not work.

Does anyone have a similar problem and do you have any suggestions on what to try before complaining.

We urgently need the power panel to finish the project on time.

Make sure that newest hwx file in project is used for C80.

Yes, it works after using the latest hardware version.
