Do you have the latest image on the T-Panel side? I think the newest version has an option to load time from the PLC during booting. But I’m not sure, and I do not have a T-Panel on my desk.
This is only showing what you have in the project. You have to physically update your T-Panel. This means press the button “Update System”, load configuration from PLC, and after a successful update, store it.
For an image update, you have to press the Update System button. You should see the update action, progress, and completion. Otherwise is not done. Same for action - Activate wait for NTP sync. If you have this enabled, your visualization has started and time is not synchronized. Then it is not activated. If there is any error, you can see it in the logger. I think right now this is the most we can help you with.
And what exactly have you done or changed? Have you checked the logger; is there anything? If you have activated the option “Wait for initial sync,” your panel should now be in waiting mode, and visualization has not started. Is that the case?
From a configuration point of view, we cannot give you any other advice; it is a very easy configuration. To be sure that NTP synchronization is running, you can record a Wireshark trace and filter for NTP packets. So, in the end, you should see something like that.
An alternative approach could be setting the time in the T panel OPC UA server equal to the PLC time with the FUB UA_MethodCall from the AsOpcUac library.
I see one mistake in your configuration and it is an easy one to make!
It looks like both your T-panel and PLC are both setup as NTP clients.
Please try to change the PLC configuration so it is an NTP server.
I have a project with a similar setup and trending that is working, here are some screenshots of the configuration.
Any update @Shivang_Dubey ?
I guess David has found the cause of the problem, if that the case please mark as solution his comment.
Thanks
