hello everyone
x20SLX806 X20SO4120 to the 1685 plc I have
I added X20SI9100. I get the following error in remote control methods: No communication with SafePLC. Please check the safety of communication and insulation as well as SafePLC control. how can i solve this

So for your problem it would be interesting if there are logger messages and what the bootstate value is.

It was giving this error because the plc was in service, but when the plc run was completed, the error disappeared.
