Updating firmware on the X20BC0088

Below are instructions for how to update the firmware on your X20BC0088.

  1. Connect to the bus controller’s webserver
  2. Navigate to the page Advanced > BC Firmware Update

  1. Log in using the button in the top right. By default, the username is admin and the password is X20BC0088 (case sensitive).
  2. Use the button to choose the firmware file. Please contact your local support team for the file as necessary.
  3. Click start download

  1. Wait until Download progress says 100%, and then click Restart Bus Controller

  1. Verify the successful update by checking the Version Information section on the Adapter Status page.
