Hi,
i have tried to connect to MariaDB with MAPP-Database. But no success. 
Is it generally possible to access MariaDB or MySQL with MAPP-Database?
Or do I have to program something myself?

Yes, mapp Database has been tested in combination with both MariaDB (tested with version 10.0.34) and MySQL (tested with version 8.0). If you have doubts with the procedure you can follow the getting started in the online help:
