Hello,
I have a service call this Friday for a machine an V 1.3 CAN-NodeNR:01 500KBaud error on the HMI.
Long story short, it seems like the OEM is just throwing parts at it and nothing has resolved the issue.
I have attached a picture of the PLC (outdated). It was replaced with a refurbished one.
I haven’t found much on this error, and outside of checking connections understand I can’t do much without the program.
Wondering if anyone has any helpful tips?

i would first check the CAN cables and the bus connectors. In your picture you can see that there are other CAN slaves in the system (two cables lead from the CPU). Check whether there is communication between the CPU and the other slaves. If that works, then the error is probably in the HMI or the CAN bus connection.
