What conditions need to be met in order to achieve the voltage output of ACOPOSmulti 8B0C0320HW00.B00-1?

The customer is currently using the 8B0C0320HW00.B00-1 module. They would like to know what conditions need to be met before this module can provide voltage output?
What I understand is as follows:

  1. Make the configuration in the AS config. The simplest way is to set it to “direct control”.
  2. CR-ok signal from 8BVP module.
  3. Configure the PLK site number.

I’m not sure if my understanding is correct? Or are there any other additional settings required?

Hello, I recently integrated the module into our project using mappMotion. Since you are using it as “direct control”, i guess you don’t have mappMotion. Did you apply the setting shown in the screenshot?

Otherwise, i assume the output would need to be explicitly activated using the register (see B&R Online Help ).
