How to transfer the Utility program to controller .
Means Laptop dont have AS software need to transfer the program to PLC using utility (Gernerated from Export runtime time utility transfer).

the Runtime Utility Center is not a replacement for Automation Studio.
To transfer a project to a PLC, it must first be compiled (AS).
The compilation then results in binaries that are saved in the project.
Depending on the Automation Runtime used there, you must then use either the ‘Transfer to target’ or the ‘Project Installation’.
