X67SM2436 is replaced with new one with the same part number. but now problem is that its bottom left green LED is double blinking. can anyone tell me what may be the reason?
In manual, it says it is BOOT mode. what is that? what is the solution?

double flashing means that a firmware update is being transferred to the module. This may take a short time.

For how long should we wait to let it finished?
If the firmware update is not completed, please send a SystemDump.
How much time will it take to finish the BOOT process?
This depends on the size of the firmware and the setting of the used bus system.
Therefor an answer like “5 minutes” is impossible.
Please leave the module in state double blinking until the module itself will reboot and activate the firmware on its own. There is no need of any interaction from your side
