29265: Communication to drive lost

I have a power module (8BVP0220HW00.000-1) with 2-2 axis servo drives (8BVI0014HWD0.000-1) & (8BVI0028HWD0.000-1). The communication is PowerLink and I have connection to the power module and the first drive ((8BVI0014) but get the 29265 code for the next (8BVI0028) drive.

Troubleshooting:
We have replaced the PowerLink cable, Changed the port it’s plugged into but I’m not convinced that it is actually a comms issue. (see screenshot)

Just new enough to B&R to not know how the comms are initialized.

Please advise…

Hello Jason,

could you please add a network command trace, and what is the LED display on the affected inverter? For the trace, I also need the Powerlink node number of the affected ACOPOS.

Regards,
Stephan

So I found the comms section of the drive was faulty. Replaced the drive and now get this on the SDM.

Haven’t been able to find any information on these codes.

Hello,

The description in the help for 6058 and 6059.

Check the enable inputs wiring. It could also be a hardware defect.
