There is no video, try to attach printscreen and better description. so what is your problem, what hw do you use, etc.

When I switch on the control panel. The screen shows loading OS. Instead of displaying the parameters. It’s shows shutdown… And stays there like that.

there is for sure some type number, model number, serial number. With this explanation I can not even guess. Maybe you will need to get in contact with producer of the machine? Usually problem like that is hw issue. So you can ask for spare part.

ok. looks like that loading of the project failed. From my point of view you have two ways to continue:

  • boot in “boot“ mode, connect using AS and upload the logger, in the logger will be stored information what is wrong, but even if you do that, very likely you will continue with another step
  • install project again. The easiest way is to prepare USB install stick with project and update the panel

you can use the builtin ‘Reset’ button :

Create USB installation drive

Good Morning

When I use the reset button for 10 seconds I get the same error.

Please advise.

How possible can I get the software to re-install.
