We are having an issue with our LCD device. When we power it on, the display shows “Boot mode: SERVICE” and does not start normally. We have connected the LCD to our laptop and would like to access it, ideally by loading the existing program or resetting it so the error disappears.
Does anyone know how to exit “SERVICE” boot mode or how to recover the device so it boots normally again?
Any help or instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Connect your computer to the PPC70 using a network cable and open a web browser. Enter the PPC70’s IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.1/sdm) into the address bar. You will now see the controller’s homepage and can click the SystemDump button. Download the system dump and attach it to your request.
IP Addresse habe ich aus der Eingabeaufforderung mit IP Config herausgefunden und im web Browser eingegeben - Diese Website ist nicht verfügbar. Er sagt mir aber z.B.
in den Netzwerkeinstellungen, nicht identifiziertes Netzwerk.
