Hi All i currently have a faulty 5AP880.1505-00 Rev J5 but i am not able to find an exact replacement all i can find is a 5AP880.1505-00 Rev H0 can i use it as a replacement?

Apart from a USB issue which was fixed I would say yes

I agree with Oliver. Usually, the model number is important. The revision is kept backward compatible if possible.
