Acopos 1045 and Servo Siemens

Hi everyone, I’ve run into an issue — perhaps someone has tried doing something similar.

I want to connect a Siemens SIMOTICS S 1FK7042‑5AF71‑1AA0 servomotor to an Acopos 1045. I have the ac122 module for the resolver, and the servomotor itself also has a resolver.

I’ve made a resolver adapter, and in the system, when you manually turn the shaft, you can see the coordinate changes.

Here’s the problem: when I turn on PowerOn, the shaft twitches slightly and then throws errors 38005 (Motor test: Speed is too high during switch on) and 4007 (Lag error stop limit exceeded).

Could you suggest what I could check or do? I’ve double‑checked all the connections, the motor phases, and the resolver cables several times. I’ve entered the motor data according to the manual.

Hello,
