All the tags of BR touch show as the question mark

Background:
-the PLC type is 7CP476.60-1
-Connect PLC to IPC5000C via RS422
-BR touch connect to IPC5000C via COM3 RS232
Questions:
-how does IPC5000C work,why using IPC5000?

  • when tags of BR Touch show a question mark the PLC running status is good. How do we fix this issue?
