APC3200 + Ubuntu Core = works?

Hi Community,

Has anyone tested running Ubuntu Core on a APC3200?
How was the experience, thinking ADI and MCTX?

I have seen this question many time with different type of hw and has never heard about successful UBUNTu test. So commenting this to have this question on the top again, Im curious if anyone in Community has tested it

Hi Community,

I will replay myself since I made a very quick test today.

I have used a APC2200, so it’s not the correct platform.
Graphics works and the boot does not reveal any fails in the list of startup activities.
The network cards, this machine equipped with 4 standard NICs, were setup as DHCP.
The unit were connected to a 5G router to provide a DHCP server and Internet.

The setup completes and on the screen SSH login informration is displayed.
Tests to connect to APC2200 using SSH in Powershell, works, I get the fingerprint and the login is unsuccessful, since I do not have the password at hand.

So we can conclude that a APC2200 lifts with Ubunut Core.

Since I do not have a APC3200 at hand, if someone else tries out Ubunutu Core on that particular device, please let us know here in the thread.

And what about ADI and MTCX?

Did not try out, since I don’t have my passwords at hand, so I could just get it to fly.

I tried out Alpine Linux since that a new favorite, also that one starts.
Have not tried ADI nor MTCX, Alpine is not Debian-derived so I do not expect it to work. But believing is not knowing.
