Hi,

Just completed a fresh install of APROL on our engineering development PC, unable to get online licensing to work. Keeps creating a default container ‘32767-16129’.

using the following commands I am unable to delete a new container and create a new one.

BrLicense -deleteCmActLicense

BrLicense -installLicenseKey

get this error when trying to delete the container, to then create a new one.

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this Issue that would be a great help, on my second install of APROL with the same issue.

I have tried these commands on another development PC and they work

BrLicense -deleteCmActLicense

BrLicense -installLicenseKey

So the fault seems to be particular to this machine.

Hello Dale,
try right-click with you mouse on container number.
You should be able to select online licensing > Get licence by order nuber
It should pop-up windows when you insert key from email.
Then again right-click and “Activate licence”
