Hi Folks I’m a student / new to Aprol / B&R products , but trying to create an Aprol Development system to learn the workflows
I am using a VM to host Aprol and a seperate VM with automation studio ,
i have read there’s an application called “AprolRemoteExecServer” which needs to run on the AS Host to allow connectivity between AS and Aprol

do you know where i can find this
Ive looked on aprol DVD and on AS install. searched on website but no hits .

any help appreciated .

  1. To use an external Windows system for AS hardware configuration, installing the Aprol-
    RemoteExec server on an external Windows system is a necessary prerequisite. The
    Windows installer “AprolRemoteExecServer_x86.msi” can be obtained both from the AutoYaST DVD and on installed systems from directory “/opt/aprol/extras4dvd/windows_utilities/
    AprolRemoteExecServerSetup”.
