AS 2.7 - Error while building B&R file for online target OS update!

Hello,

we are using AS 2.7 and we are connected via RS232 to a 7CP470.6.
After the build we got this error (see image below):

We are able to download succesfully to the target but we would like to avoid this message.
Any idea?

AS2.7 is quite some while ago and I am not 100% sure about this error.

  • Could you please use “Clean configuration” ? Probably there are leftovers of old AR files
  • Is AR V2.40 actually installed ?

Browse to your AS installation and take a look at the “system” folder where you should find a V0240 folder
