AS 2.7 upgrading does not work

Hi community!

I would like to open project made in AS version 2.?? (I can’t determine the exact version). I use AS 2.7.0.25 SP18, at Windows 11 platform. To be able to open project, AS is asking to install AR L2.96 and two other HW components which are newer version in the project than installed. Using Tools/Upgrades I set the path of these exe files, select them and press OK. Upgrade install window closes but nothing is really installed.. I check upgrade service for 2.7, it is not listed there. If I repeat installation procedure I sometimes get message back that components are already installed but obviuosly they are not…

Automation Studio versions above 4.12 are the only versions supported on Windows 11.

Automation Studio 2.7 is only supported up to Windows 7.

Windows 7 32bit to be exact.

Yes, that works fine. To be 101% sure I installed it on XP, the best Windows OS. Thank you!
