Message is clear. Unplug CF card from PLC, use USB reader and generate new CF card from AS6. Do a backup first or use brand new CF card if you do want to loose original project and maybe some local settings?

ok then it has nothing to do with migration of project from AS4 to AS6. You have to first be able to run new AS6 configured hypervisor project, empty one is ok and after that you can return back to your migrated one.
