Hello
We have a build pipeline that is building our project using command line like b83a0224-5992-413e-a3ec-47edf553fe54
Since the update to AS6.5.0.306 the build fails with “error 5198:There is a OPC UA configuration file (*.uacfg) missing in configuration ”
The *.uacfg file is unchanged under “Connectivity/OpcUaCs” and the build is running without any problems when building in Automation Studio.
Any one else running into this problem?
Regards Jonas
Hello
I downgraded now our building pipeline to our old version AS6.3.3.14. So our pipeline is building again.
First I installed also AS6.3.4.31 but there the build error already exist.
Would be really great when this error could be fixed very soon so that we are able to use AS6.5!
Regards Jonas
Hello,
I have created a Dummy Project with one Variable in the OpcUa DefaultView.
I have compiled it inside Automation Studio AS6.5.0.306 with no Error.
I have opened the CommandLine and used the command to Compile with no Error.
I think you should get in contact with your local B&R office, as your issue will probably need to be reproduced with your project (which is probably confidential) to investigate the root cause.
If you have any notes about how i could get my test more aligned with your project you can reply with more details.
Please also consider that the Community is a place for collaboration, but does not replace standard support of B&R. If you have a clear error behaviour you may still use the direct contact to B&R support.

Hallo Michael
Thank you for your answer. Then I will get into contact with the support team.
I have the same error on my local system and on the build pipeline.
When I have AS6.3.4.31 or newer installed I get this error regardless of the version selected in the project. Exactly the same project is building on a system with AS6.3.3.14 without problems. So I thought it might be a generall bug.

Hello Jonas,
I hope the collegues will find the root cause fast.
It might be still a generall issue, not much users are allready switching to the newest version. So it already may help the next one comming by in search for same issue. We will see.
If you get the final Feedback you can update this thread with the solution.

Hello Michael
I found the issue. We input the config with -c MyProject but in Automation Studio the Configuration was named as myProject. Maybe until now case sensitiviti was not important at this place but now it seams to be.
Thank you for your support!
