AS6 - No upgrades available in B&R Automation Studio Upgrades Window

I have updated to the latest package of AS6.

When I open the “B&R Automation Studio Upgrades” there is no updates available in any categories

At the bottom we can see that I am logged in but it shows 0 upgrades(s) available on all categories.

Does anyone has any ideas on how to solve this

Hello,

Check “List of HwUpgrades in Tools=>Upgrades outdated / not updated anymore” in the Upgrades Troubleshooting topic.

There is some issue with the server. A lot of my colleagues, including me, have the same problem. B&R IT is aware of that and is working on a fix.

Hi @David_Vieira , as Pavel mentioned this is a known issue that is actively being worked on. As a temporary workaround, can you try manually restarting the AS6 Upgrade Service (Windows Start Menu > Services) and then reopen Tools > Upgrades in AS and see if you are able to see the upgrades?
