Hi all, Initially I am doing Project Upgrades from Upgrade Menu Itself, but Nowadays It is showing like this and I am not be upgrade from the upgrade menu.
Hi Sachin, does something show up when you select “Already Installed”? And is this screen the same for all categories (e.g. Technology Packages, Hardware Modules, etc.)?
Hi Sachin, I wanted to let you know what I have replicated your error today on the latest AS service pack (AS 6.5.2 SP). I have tried restarting the Service and also restarting Automation Studio as an Administrator, both to no avail. I will create a CASE and send it to L2 as this appears to be different from other issues we know about with Tools > Upgrades. I will update once we have found a resolution.
As a workaround, the “Local” tab still works, so I would recommend downloading any necessary updates from the downloads section of the B&R website and install them locally until the issue with the Online upgrades is resolved.
Yes, Currently I am using the Local tab as a workaround.
Also I already updated to 6.5.2 nothing changes in upgrade tab, Still Issue appears. I have already tried the above mentioned Details in the Chat. Issue is not resolving.
But let me tell you when I have run this Software via Run as administrator, I see a small pause of like 3 sec in upgrade section(like it is refereshing) and then it move to No upgrades available in the category.
Hi Sachin, thanks for the update on your troubleshooting. I actually tried it again today and have so far not been able to replicate the issue. Now I am wondering if it was a temporary issue with the B&R upgrade servers. Can you please try to access Tools > Upgrades today to see if you are still experiencing problems?
As far as the AS 6.5.3 Service Pack, I have received confirmation that it has been completed and uploaded, and that it should be visible on the B&R website by tomorrow.
Hi Sachin, thank you for confirming that it works for you as well. I did confirm internally that there were issues with the Upgrades server last week Thursday and Friday, so I believe that was the root cause of this issue.
