Automation Studio 6 Upgrade Dialog has no Internet Access

Does anybody else have the issue with Automation Studio 6 that the Upgrade Dialog has no Access to the internet?
Or does anybody know how to fix this.

The upgrade dialog service is running and i tried starting the automation studio as an admin.

Unfortunately, I run into the same problem quite often, especially in AS6, even with the latest version 6.5.

What often helps me is restarting the service and clearing the C:\Temp folder.

Hi Niklas, this is a known issue with the B&R AS Upgrades Service in AS 6.5.2. It has been addressed in AS 6.5.3 (scheduled to be released later this week) and AS 6.7.0 (scheduled to be released 1 June 2026).
