Does anybody else have the issue with Automation Studio 6 that the Upgrade Dialog has no Access to the internet?
Or does anybody know how to fix this.

Unfortunately, I run into the same problem quite often, especially in AS6, even with the latest version 6.5.
You can try the suggestions provided here:
What often helps me is restarting the service and clearing the C:\Temp folder.
Hi Niklas, this is a known issue with the B&R AS Upgrades Service in AS 6.5.2. It has been addressed in AS 6.5.3 (scheduled to be released later this week) and AS 6.7.0 (scheduled to be released 1 June 2026).

Here’s what else I’ve found out: If the upgrade service shows that it has no internet connection again, I restart the service. It’s important to wait a while until the service has restarted. You don’t get any feedback, but I always have to wait about 2 minutes. If I don’t wait that long, I get the same message (no internet) again.
There is since today also a new AS version available where some issues with Tools-Upgrades were solved:

I installed the new AS 6.5.3.11 and the “no internet access”-issue seems to be solved.
However, now I get the following error after downloading a upgrade:
“The underlying connection has been closed: A trust relationship could not be established for the secure SSL/TLS channel.”
Do you know if the “solved problem” in the revision information for the 6.5.3 (which @jan.van-de-wielle posted ) should adress this problem?
I found one or two community post dealing with the same issue. But as far as i understand this was only a problem for Automation Studio < V4.6.
Since I am using the newest version this should not be the issue. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Hi Niklas, it looks like someone else created a new topic for the “underlying connection has been closed” issue: B&R Upgrades SSL/TLS failed .
