I am trying to install the upgrade for a X90CP154.60.00 mobile PLC. This PLC is not available through the standard automation studio upgrade window but can be found on the B&R website.
The problem is that after downloading this upgrade it is not visible through the “local” download tab in the upgrade window. I have tried restarting the upgrade service and deleted everything in my temp folder.
Does anyone know a fix or another way of downloading this PLC for automation studo 6?
Which version of Automation Studio do you have? The AS6 version of the upgrade is only available for AS 6.3 or higher:
If I download this and open AS 6.3, I see it in my Local upgrades window:
I know that the local upgrade list doesn’t refresh unless you close and re-open Tools→Upgrades, but it sounds like you probably already tried that if you restarted the upgrade service.
