Has anyone came across the wierd logicak view after opening of projects. i do see some logical folders missing only in the AS view. the logical sections are present in explorer view.

could you please give some more specific information about your issue?
For example what is missing - the tasks I guess, but I’m not sure, in the screenshot I only can see that the’re at least parts of a mappView visualization.
If parts are missing in the logical view, normally that means that inside the project structure something is “damaged” (so that for example tasks, packages, a.s.o. are not mentioned in the “project administrative files” like pkg files or so).
- does it happen only with one specific project?
- or does it happen with every project you open?
- do you have the possibility to try a different installation of AS, for example on a 2.nd PC?
- are there any warning / errors when opening the project, either as popup or in the output section of AS?
- do you use external tools together with the project (like Version Control System, changing files in own editors, or so?

Hi, first of all do no use desktop for your project. Use dedicated folder on e.g. C: drive. So copy project to Temp folder for testing. The second open Package.pkg file. All folders from logical view must be listed here. Otherwise AS will not load them.

Hi @kumars, did the Logical View appear correctly after trying Jaroslav’s suggestion of saving the project with a shorter folder path?
