Automation Studio 4.12.6.106 crashes whenever I click on Monitor

I have Automation Studio 4.12.6.106 on my windows 11 computer.

When I open a project and connect to a device X90CP174_48_00, everything works.

Excep, when I start “monitoring”, it will show me the real time values for a few seconds, then the software will crashes.

is it possible that you upgrade to Service Pack 8?

I downloaded the 4.12.8.41 version, and monitoring seems to work well. Thank you very much !
