Thanks for your reply, How should I go about troubleshooting? I want to use X20CP1585 PLC to troubleshoot, how should I proceed?

Please switch off the power supply to the system! Disconnect the motor cable from the inverter and the motor.

  1. Please check the cable to see if a line is broken or short-circuited.

  2. Check the motor windings by measuring the resistance. The UVW windings should have the same resistance and there should be no connection to ground.

  3. Check whether the cable is correctly connected to the inverter and the motor.
