Request for Support – Running Acopos 1090 Without Motor (V/f Mode)

Dear B&R Support Team,

I am trying to run the Acopos 1090 drive without a motor, specifically in V/f mode, where I should be able to measure the three-phase output voltage (UVW) without the inverter triggering a phase loss error. However, I have not been able to achieve this successfully.

Could someone assist me with the correct configuration or provide guidance on how to set this up?

Looking forward to your support.

Best regards,
Felix

Maybe it would help if you describe what you have done and specify exactly what your issue is.

Hello,
i am not familiar with the U/f mode of ACOPOS, but in generall if you are trying to work around an error message, the best method of finding the correct switch would be to check the documentation of the error. If there is a switch to disable the message, its normaly documented there.

For example if it may be this error…

But it might be a different error in your case, so if you can provide use the correct number, we can check it together.

But in generell i think it would be much more representative for the output and the messurement if there would be a motor connected.

Greetings
Michael
