C50 terminal not configuring

I have problem with C50 terminal after update AS to 6.7.

I run it before without problem (AR6.7.5 and the mappView is still same). I also try AR6.7.6. But now it’s show only “Waiting for configuration…”. Any tips what change or where to find some problem?

I faced the same issue when I did some internal tests with my colleague with C80 last week. R&D is working on the fix.
The following combinations still work:

  • AS 6.7.0 + AR 6.6.2
  • AS 6.5.3 + AR 6.7.6

Problem description:
The C80 / C50 panels do not show any visualization (VNC, mapp View) anymore when you use the combination of AS 6.7.0 + AR 6.7.6.

The C80 / C50 panels stays in the screen Waiting for configuration.

Affected version(s)

  • AS: 6.7.0

  • AR: 6.7.6

Can you please reply to this post after release, where it will be repaired?
