I have a 4PPC50. I want to load it with a test program. After transferring, the panel switches from boot to run mode and AS6 also shows me run. However, I don’t see an image from Mapp view, or rather, a loading screen spins around but no image appears. I’ll send the settings. Maybe someone knows what I need to do.

Can you access the visualization from external (Browser PC)?
Do you have any logger entries?
First step for me would be to check if mapp View itself is running.
How is mapp View configured?
http or https? Which port?

thanks for the quick reply. When I enter http://192.168.201.232:81 in the browser, a message appears stating that the client and server times do not match. (Certificate problem?) However, clicking the button takes me to the main screen of Mapp View.
Startup Benutzer is anonymous token.

Its an older Panel. Maybe the Version 1.2.2 dosn’t match as well?
The LED R/E is green
Rdy/F is yellow
S/E is red or Orange.

In the terminal configuration can you please also assign there an IP adresse for the terminal in the same subnet?
I would always recommend to go with the newest version here.
1.2.2 is newest for the HW Upgrade.
What you could check is if you are using newest Linux Image Version (currently 1.3.2 => 4PPC50.0702-10A | B&R Industrial Automation)

Hello,
if there is a message that client and server times are not matching. Which MappView Version did you use. There were some changes due to cookie topics , which were related to such messages.

I have quickly checked:
Please go to CPU configuration / Terminal configuration / Network
There please set:
IP: 192.168.201.xxx
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Then it should work.
