MappView client does not establish connection to mappView server (127.0.0.1:81, http error 400)

When I load the visualization image screen. I get an error when I enter 127.0.0.1:81 in the scan.

Try to use complete link to mappView with using mappView name (example with
visu name vis_0 ) http://127.0.0.1:81/index.html?visuId=vis_0

no it didn’t work. What is the reason why the Visualization screen appears black when I set the port number to 82 or 83 in the config.mappview setting?

yes, it works. I can see from tab header that client has established connection to mapView server. You have not connected any content to area of your page or your content is empty.

no The page content is not empty. How can I solve this?

Make sure that content is assigned to area of starting page. It is this part of getting started. B&R Online Help
