C80 | Display not working

Hi Community

At one of our C80 units, the backup got corrupted. The backup was originally created in AS4.10, while the AR version was below O4.93. Since this was a known issue, we upgraded the backup to AS4.12 and updated the runtime version to O4.93.

After transferring the backup, the PLC successfully entered run mode, but no content is appearing on the display. Please find the attached video for your reference.

How to collect a System Dump from a B&R controller

There is a feature available on most B&R controllers called the System Dump which collects a lot of system data (including the log file) into one .tar.gz archive file.
