With PVI Transfer you have to use .zp3 image, because for .zp2 image the same card type has to be used. You could also look at other image tools like HDClone.

If the card contains Windows 10 iot 2015 than the cloned card could not work, because of the hardware change can disable the windows activation code.
The image tools must be smart and not a bit for bit copy.
If Windows 10 iot is used it is always smart to do a retrim on the cloned card.
I second Corne’s suggestion of HDClone, it’s been the go to for a couple years and has worked flawless especially when restoring a backup image to a different size CFast card.
His note about cloning Windows is also correct but as long as you don’t connect to the internet with the device there is no way for it to check…
Thank you , the Windows installed is Windows 7.
HDClone Will work same as PVI ??
Appreciate your replay
Marcel , thank you , Can I use any CFast card , or there is specific mapping for specific brands?
It’s not recommended but it would work in a pinch if you don’t have a genuine B&R CFast.
The original CFast cards are just higher quality and normally guarantee a certain number of R/W cycles and speed so they don’t fail prematurely.
