We are happy to announce that Conversational Help, also known as the B&R AI Chatbot, has moved out of open beta and has been officially released! :clap:

Another cool NEWS is that a new category for cooperation among Widget Development Tool Chain users has been created :clap:

  • you can enter your question and an answer will be generated
  • it’s possible to ask a follow up question, because the context of the conversation is remembered
  • If you have a question about a different topic please click the “New Chat” button
  • you can use your native language but We expect the best results when questions are asked in English

  • The launch of the new, more powerful Karli client
  • The introduction of an updated anonymized data model, featuring content of:
    • Online Help V4
    • Online Help V6
    • Community Forum
    • B&R Support FAQs
  • generating of a sample code
  • logging is no longer required
