Currently we are facing an AR-RTK: exception error in simulation mode on my windows laptop.
I already tried an offline installation, deleted the temp folder. The strange thing is, this problem does not occur on the hardware (APC4100). We are using AS6.3.2.2.
I’m experiencing the same behavior. As a workaround, I copied the configuration and swapped the master PLC. Using an APC910 or X20CPxx, for example, I can simulate the software.
I can see that @stefan.peterlechner has already created a report for the R&D team (QCAS-3487). @Rens_B, feel free to get in contact with your local support office and share with them the link to this discussion. So they do not have to do the investigation and reporting again. They will then inform you about fix details.
I copied my configuration today and changed the CPU to a 910, but now the simulation keeps rebooting. It starts-up woth boot mode: error and before the logger is loaded the PLC reboots.
I can boot in diag mode, and then i have the following errors on tOpcUaComm:
