I tried to start my project AR simulation but it’s not start showing some pop-ups.
When I create a new project that time works, but specifically that project does not work.
AS 4.10.6.39 SP software version.

I think you’re using ArSim / AR000 as PLC in your active configuration.
This is already a simulated processor, so there’s no need and therefore no possibility to switch the CPU into simulation mode.
Switching on simulation is only needed if your hardware configuration uses a real hardware PLC.

If you are using a simulation PC as your hw and it does not start (so you do not have a connection to transfer) then the solution for that is to execute offline installation first. After that, ArSim of your simulation PC will start automatically and a connection will be established as well.
