Exception error C0000005 (access violation)

Hi All,

After software transfer plc X20CP1382

i m getting this below pop up

I don’t know why this error has appeared after transfer.

& also, initial transfer taking lot of time sometimes.

Please help to resolve these issues.

but you didn’t answer to Ryan or Marcus.

Which PVI version have you installed?
For AS 4.12 the latest available is 4.12.9.6.

We have different releases for AS 4.12 so it’s possible in the latest one it’s implemented the fix for your issue.

If you already have installed the latest version I think you should call our Support and repeat the steps that have generated the issue.
