There are 9 Sitemanagers installed at site, and only 1 module has this problem.
How should I solve this problem? The issue still not solved even after perform factory reset and setup again.
Please share your ideas. Thank you.

Dear Hanshin,
Assuming that the SiteManagers are not all located at the same client site:
- Has your client modified any of their network settings?
- Is it possible to connect the SiteManager to a different network for testing purposes?
- The error message suggests a certificate issue. Is the correct time configured on the SiteManager?
- Can you compare the firmware versions of the individual SiteManagers? It is possible that the affected SM is still running an older version.
These are the questions that come to mind.
