i tried to add generic can open to control isel servo driveIDM40-E BUT I GOT THIS ERROR

So you’ve imported DTM for the servo drive, updated DTM catalog and tried to insert it to the CANopen (DTM) interface?

Do you have the latest B&R DTM version 2.1.1.2 (search for the B+R DTM in the Windows installed apps)? If not could you install it?

i install B&RDTM 2.1.2 but i got this errorwhen from tool ugrade DTM library

Hi @mohamed_elbardiny, I would recommend reinstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable. The latest version can be downloaded from the Microsoft website at this link: Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Learn

If it is still not working, I would recommend reinstalling the latest DTM version by running the installer as an Administrator, and then opening Automation Studio as Administrator as well.
