Tengo una pantalla del modelo indicado en el tema de la conversación con una contraseña para acceder a los parámetros.
El problema es que he volcado un proyecto vacío e instalado el xml en el usb para volcarlo pero no puedo ejecutarlo porque solo aparece el botón “OK” y “Cancel” pero no me aparece el botón “actualizar”.
¿Alguien sabe como podría resetear la pantalla para quitarle la contraseña y volver a usarla?

T30 is a client panel, which mean it only shows the hmi from the plc it’s connected to, the panel itself does not contain the project. You need to transfer the project to an plc.
The password you mentioned, is for the access to the service page to configure the panel’s parameters (ex: to ip to connect etc), the update option is to update panel’s firmware.
And if what you want is to reset the panel and take out the password you can do it configure a project with the panel without password,
Make sure that you selected the right hardware when creating the installation package (if you did in AS4, you should have had 2 options, the plc and the panel, you need to choose the panel here). I think if created the usb accordingly, the update option should be there when you try to open the service.
