How to Trace Rated Speed of Servo motor in Mappmotion/ MappCockpit?

I need to trace Rated Speed of servo motor while running in mappmotion/cockpit, how do I do it?

Hi,

not sure what you mean with ‘tracing rated speed’ since 50: Motor: Rated speed is an input parameter to the drive and therefore doesn’t change during spin.

Probably you need the 251: CTRL Speed: Actual speed ?

Tracing an ACOPOS data point in the web-based HMI application describes the handling of ACOPOS parameters with mapp Cockpit.

I need to trace the servo motor RPM while it’s running, is there a way to do it in mappcockpit/mappmotion?

Hello,

Please, check the link recommended by @christoph.hilchenbac

Tracing an ACOPOS data point in the web-based HMI application

Select SCTRL_SPEED_ACT as the data point instead of PCTRL_S_ACT and follow remaining instructions.

You can also monitor the speed in the watch area:
Interacting with mapp components in the web-based mapp Cockpit HMI application

I suspect you are trying to trace the current velocity when you spin your motor (configured as rotary axis) and you want to see exactly RPM value,
so if I’m wrong forget my comment  , but if I’m correct you have to add a formula on the graph you have when you trace ParID 251 as described by Christoph.
Regarding a new curve with formula based on existing signal you can follow the guidelines described by Michael in his post Guide: Work with mapp Cockpit - Share Info & Ideas / How-To & Wikis - B&R Community
