Hi, when I identify an existing system online, I am shown a wrong backplane module (X20BB82 instead of X20BB81). Both in the online hardware comparison and in the online system identification. In addition, the existing X20HB2880 is not displayed at all, only the X20BC8083. Curiously, the Powerlink still seems to work when DNA is deactivated. Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a complaint? Thank you very much
I am not sure if this X20BBxx can be detected. What is the SDM showing?
SDM shows only BC8083 and PS9400

I see something there about the X20BBxx but nothing concerning X20HB modules.

Thank you very much, sir. If HB2880 counts as a passive module, it will probably not be displayed correctly in the hardware tree.
