Hi Everyone , We are facing an issue with a B&R ACOPOS P3 servo system.
When the controller is powered ON, the servo immediately goes into the Play/Active state automatically, even though it is not supposed to enable during startup.
Additionally, after powering ON the controller, the servo motor can be moved by hand, which normally should not be possible.
We would appreciate your support in identifying the root cause of this behavior. Also, kindly let us know the points/checks we need to take care of to avoid or troubleshoot this issue further.
Hi @SANDEEP_KAMBLE ,
Could you please disable all tasks in your sw configuration, transfer and see if you have the same behavior? Just to be sure you are not calling MC_Power or similar in the code
Are you using ACP10 (legacy) or mapp Motion? Which version?
Additionally, after powering ON the controller, the servo motor can be moved by hand, which normally should not be possible.
Well if your tuning is weak + you have configured big lag error, potentially you can move your motor by hand and no error.
Do you have brake installed on your motor?
Please upload SystemDump, it would be interesting to see network command trace.
Thanks
Ciao

Yes! I am using MC_Power in the code, I am using ACP10 ARNC0(motion) with 5.02 Version, There are no brakes installed on the motor,
We tried to Test the drive in Exclusive mode and tunning the drive and checked later on we didn’t find the issue on the servo motor, Possibly the tuning was weak.
