hi Guys i am building a cnc machine with 3 axis, im configuring the axis and doing tuning with using mappCockpit, when i do the tuning and click save all parameters the plc goes into service mode immediatly

I also created a ticket regarding this, and it reportedly does not occur in the prerelease version 6.5 or in the earlier 6.3. The support recommends waiting for 6.5 (hopefully next week) or using the older 6.3. If you don’t want to change the version or wait for a new one, the solution for now is …

Hi, This is a issue with mappMotion version 6.4.x. The problem does not occur with version 6.3.2.

MappMotion 6.5.1.8 is now avaible for download. The page fault no longer occurs, even though the revision information includes no related entry. :smirking_face:

I created the ticket on October 13 at B&R Switzerland and have not yet received any information regarding which version will resolve this issue.
