When I do it this way, I get the mpaxis 5.21.2 mcXİS T.Y error. I am getting the error “It is not compatible with”. How can I solve it?

from my perspective your project looks well now. I can compile it.
Furthermore I added a simulation configuration and a mappCockpit configuration.
With the simulation your are able to do axis ‘commissioning’ with mapp Cockpit:
