I’m using Automation Studio 4.12.6.106. And it shows me mappMotion 5.19.3 is not installed when I open a project. But I can’t find this specific revision through the Upgrades tool in Automation Studio.
I understand that it may be removed due to some law compliance requirements or bugs, but how do I resolve this issue? I have submitted a customer support ticket regarding this mappMotion 5.19.3. Is there a faster way to solve this?

It looks like you are based in the United States, so you can also email your request directly to our US Product Support team using the following email address: support.br@us.abb.com. This may get you a faster response.
In your request, please include your company name and address, since the dual-use restriction (reason why the older mapp Motion and ACP10 versions are removed from the website) is country-dependent.
